I know you haven't been gone for long, but I'm already missing you like no tomorrow. Today I watch the sunset as I was driving to pick my sister up from work. As I was driving and listening to a cd I burned, I couldn't help but to remember all these great memories we share togather.
One being the first time we kissed, I'll never forget it. I remember laying on bed in whitney, I had just turned 17 and you were 20. I remember we had been hanging out all day long, went for a long walk just talking about whatever came to our minds. Then went back to my room just to chill..it was kind of funny. I was a little nervous, and kept rambling on when you leaned in said I talk to much and kissed me. For a short moment I felt like time stopped, and I felt like their were butterflys in my tummy.
Or remember when we got engaged? I flew out to Georgia on Valentines day 2004, but didn't get there til the 15th due to the awful snowstorm. I remember you took me to the waterfront for the first time it must been about 10 or 11 at night. The sky was so clear that we could see every star, we were standing on the one dock that is all by itself with the benches and everything, We stood there for so long just looking at the stars and the water when you dropped down and ask me to marry you..I was speechless for a few minutes as I watch you slip the ring on the wrong finger at first lol. I corrected you, and said yes. That was a great night, I was trying to hold back tears, and was shivering since it was really cold out lol. That August we married and I moved to Georgia to be with you. :)
Remember when we first moved in togather and had that sock ball fight, lol. We ended up wasting a day of unpacking running around throwing sockballs at each other lol. You won, then again you had tons of sock balls in a pile ready to get me..while I had what few socks you didn't steal lol. That was a fun day, you ended up winning in the end, cause you cheated if you ask me lol.
I remember when we first got married and we had been drinking, we were at my moms and for some odd reason you thought it would be funny to dress up in my clothes, lol. You came out in these short shorts I had, with you hairy legs lol. Prancing around the house imitating me, and I joked about how your butt looked better in my shorts then mine did lol.
We've had some great memories together, 5 yrs this august. Times seems to be flying by, we have 2 little boys now. Who are growing up so fast. Bryce is already 2 and reminds me so much of you. He has your perfect smile, your nose and elf ears. I love just watching you two roll around the living room wrestling, or laughing when you two butt heads since you two are so much alike. Caleb really looks like you with the dark hair, nose, elf ears, and your eyes, He's already getting better at holding his little head up for a few seconds at a time, and he smiles more and more.
I look forward to the years to come, and to spending the rest of my life with you. Your the love of my life, and I don't know where I be without you in my life. I love waking up to you every morning, or falling asleep in your arms talking about whtaever comes to our minds. I can't wait for you to be home again, I can't wait til your shore duty starts it will be nice not having to say goodbye, well more like see you later every few months. God I love you so much, more then you'll ever know.
I can't wait to grow old with you and see all the grand babies we'll have then. See Bryce and Caleb grow into men and have family's of their own. Or any other children we might have, yes I'm still hoping you'll give in and we have another in 2010. You know your going to give in, lol.
Anyways guess I'll close here since I need to put the kids to bed, I love you baby and can't wait for you to come home. Even though by the time you read this you'll already be back home.
