We finally got the boys bunk beds. They arrived today just in time for bed time. The boys were so thrilled to be moving up to big boy beds. Bryce claimed the top and Caleb is on the bottom bunk. Once they monkey around for a hour they passed out finally. Guess they needed to get the excitement of new beds over with. Its so cute seeing them lay in such huge beds. They look so small in twin beds, compared to their toddler beds. Especially Caleb.
Now I need to work on getting Aiden from his bassinet to his crib. This should be fun. Since we've been home, he won't sleep in less he is laying beside me or in my arms. Which sucks because I'm to nervous to sleep with him beside me. Plus its really uncomfortable to sleep with a baby on your arm all night. During the day he'll roll around the living room and pass out whenever he gets tired of rolling. But at night he wants to be with mommy and daddy. It's a little frustrating. I'm going to try my hardest to get him in his own bed by this time next week. He's still pretty fussy all the time gumming on everything he can get his little hands on. Thank goodness for teething tablets, seems like the only thing that helps him rest at times. Can't believe he's 5 months old today. Doesn't really seem like 5 months have passed.
As much fun as I had in Texas seeing everyone. Nothing beats coming home to your own bed. Man did I miss my bed. Plus 85 degrees is much better then over 100 degree weather. I will not miss the heat in Texas. I guess I've gotten to Colorado weather because I can't take Texas weather at all, lol. I still miss Georgia weather. At least I think I do, lol. I need to go there and see if I still do. If only Vance would go on a trip with me there to see my sister and my adorable niece Mia.
Well I need to get off here, get Vance up for work. I hope everyone likes the pics of the boys in their new beds. Sorry most of them were blue it was due to their blue curtains.
