11wks and 4days in this pic, tooken on August 13.So figure I would update since I haven't in awhile. I met one of the 16 ob at the hospital I will be delivering at next yr. She's an awesome dr, made me feel comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. Its pretty hard to be comfortable during a full head to toe check up. We tried to hear babys heartbeat but baby was still to small to hear so she turned to ultrasound. In less then a minute I could see little baby napping away. Heartbeat was 152. Oh another awesome thing is this pregnancy I am expected not to gain any weight if I don't want to. She said its alright for me to lose weight if I like. We went over my history with pregnancies. Went over hemmoraging with Caleb, she says I will hemmorage with this baby as well. Also told me to be prepared for blood transfusion, she pretty sure I'll need one. Which makes me very nervous. So if you have A+ blood come donate! Plus donating is good for you. Also we're talking about setting up a date to induce since I never go into labor on my own, but won't do that til we get closer to due date. Can't believe I'm already 13wks today!
My birthday was yesterday, I am officially 23! According to Bryce I'm old, lol. Didn't do much for my bday since we had to use all our savings and Vance check to finalize selling our house in a few days. Made cupcakes for my bday, but Bryce broke into the fridge and ate every one of them. There were 24 of them..piggy. Oh well I have a tummy bug so couldn't eat any. Now the boys have the bug too.
The house sells this wednesday, we had to put it off because of the tropical storm. Can't wait to sell the house!!! Then we'll have 800 more dollars a month, been hard paying rent and mortgage these last few months. Plus since we're selling the house we get to come to Texas in October! We'll be there the 1st to 14th. We're coming early now since my brother will be on leave then from Iraq. Plus ready to get away for awhile and see everyone.
Glad we're selling the house and we paid water system off. Next step is working on a new car for me. My little car right now can't hold 3 carseats. So going to get a new SUV before baby arrives. We're looking at hybrids, want to test drive some before we make up our mind. We also need to get a crib for baby, baby tub and clothes if its a girl. Only have boy clothes, but even if its a boy we have to get clothes. Only have summer new born clothes, never had a winter baby yet. Since we're Colorado need to make sure baby is bundled up for snow. Other then that we're set, still have everything else from the boys being babies.
Suppose to have my 20wk ultrasound 1st week of october, going to see if we can do it a week early since I won't be home for it. We're excited to see what our last baby will be. I'm thinking girl, pregnancy is way diffrent. Plus I have this feeling, just like when I thought the boys would be boys. Vance thinks girl too. No matter what we'll be happy, just want baby to be healthy. Plus they want to see if baby is still showing to be bigger by few days. So far baby growth has been 2 days bigger then my due date.
The boys are doing great, Bryce is still working on potty training. I'm so glad he's decided to be my big boy now. He doesn't want to be a baby. Caleb is starting to talk more, he said hello yesterday for the first time. He loves to let his presence be known. Always babbling away in his own language. Oh and he eats like no tomorrow, getting closer to Bryce's weight everyday. Bryce is 37lbs, Caleb is 29lbs. Can we say big boy.
Vance is loving his job here, enjoying shore duty. Loves being home more, plus he's happy to not be out to sea. Its nice having him home more, the boys are loving it. Bryce loves going out with daddy for one on one time. Caleb the same. I love having Vance here this whole pregnancy to give me breaks when I need it. Especially since I'm always tired this time around.
Well going to get off here, its Bryce bedtime. Need to get him to brush his teeth, story time then off to dreamland he goes. Caleb is already out for the night. He's passed out on the couch with daddy.
