37 Week Baby checkup

Went to my weekly check up this morning. Still only dilated 1cm but am now 50% effaced. So thats some change this week. Starting Friday morning I get to start collecting urine for 24hrs so that she can do protein count for preclampsia. I turn it in 24hrs later on Saturday in L&D for testing. While she's testing it, I get to lay on the monitors. Depending on the results of the test we might be having Aiden this weekend. Glad my mom is heading up here tomorrow, since Aiden might be here this weekend. Part of me wants to be induced saturday the other part wants to try to go on my own for labor. I want to go on my own since I've never went into labor on my own, other part wants to hurry up and have Aiden. She felt around on my belly and says she puts him a 7 1/2lbs right now. So not to big for 37wks. Bryce was only 7lbs and that was 38wks, Caleb 8lbs 2 1/2oz at 40wks and 5days. Nothing much else to post on here, just wait and see what saturday brings. Hopefully Aidens birthday, would be nice. :o) I have so much to get done tomorrow just in case he does he to come out this weekend. Going to get off here, and rest for a bit.

Everything hurts, been up all night in pain.

So its now 5am and I have been up all night in pain. Vance is at work til 7 this morning. I've been up all night in pain with contractions, and nothing is helping with the pain. No I can't go to L&D, I'm full term and won't see me til contractions are every 3 minutes. Which their not, so I get to lay here and suffer in pain. I wish he would just come out already, everything hurts so bad. I wish I could just sleep thru them or something. The boys are still asleep, they shouldn't be up for another hr or so. I hope the contractions stop soon so I can sleep or get to where I can have baby already. Seriously this waiting crap is getting on my nerves and its just to painful at the moment. I'm ready for my apt on thursday, hope they can strip my membranes. Just want to get this over with already. I guess I'm going to stop rambling on here, lay back on the couch til Vance gets home. Even though there isn't much he can do.
